Another sunny day in Cabo San Lucas, I'm on the balcony overlooking the marina, the yachts are all tucked into their spaces, kids are playing below. People are running, getting exercise, the people below us have their coffee. It's another beautiful day in paradise.

We had a great day yesterday, our first full day of vacation; we spent it on the balcony, then had some coffee, a little breakfast, and then finished our day overlooking the ocean at the infinity pool. We met some new folks, Spencer and Kathy from Kansas City, friendly people we shared a few stories.

We got a nice nap and then visited the Mediterranean restaurant for some hummus and wine. Then, finally, we made it home early, watched a movie, and got our 9 hours of sleep. Then, I began looking at real estate down here; we can get a condo for a reasonable price; we are selling our condo in Denver, it might make good financial sense to do a 1035 exchange.

I'll speak with folks much more aligned with the finance world before making a financial decision; today, we will tour some properties in the area; we like this community, might be nice to have a home where we could Air B and B when not in town. If your home can make you money, why not have multiple homes?

I noticed something yesterday, and it was not a big deal, but I think I should share. How do we tell the good people from the ordinary or bad people? Here is a tip: if you see a man, woman, or transgender pick up trash, I'm guessing they are a good soul. Look around; the world is a little trashy, and if each of us did a little work, the world would be a little less trashy. But most think it is someone else duty, but it's not; it's all our duty to keep our world clean.

What are some other things that might indicate someone is a good human? Smiles are good; it's incredible how many people at the resort will just say hello, where are you from, and a twenty-minute conversation will be hatched. I often wish that more people would live like they were always at a resort. Kindness overflows when people are at peace.

My wife just left to get us coffee, I asked for Baileys in mine, and she said, "NO!" we have dinner reservations at 7:00, we are going to be good, no Baileys for you! So I guess I will not have Baileys in my coffee! So instead, I'll finish my little word soup, shower, then head down for breakfast; then we will walk the city, look at some condos, and get a feel for the town.

I suspect we will visit Sammy Hagar's place; we like the Office Restaurant, we have our favorites, we've been looking for a southern community to invest in, maybe Cabo is our next home? The average Air B and B is about $150.00; if you can book it half the year, that's about $28K enough to cash flow another home.

We have a list of the best five street tacos in Cabo. We will check out each, getting one taco, splitting it, and writing a review for each. We've been here a few times, so we know the lay of the land; maybe we could expand our company to begin offering our products and services in Mexico?

Well, I'll keep it short, my wife wants to get going, I'll leave it here, I'll have some stories tomorrow about our adventures. I hope you too are enjoying life; I hope that where ever you are, there is sun, water, and mountains. And if not, enjoy the snow, it's rather pretty this time of year, and the snow can remind you that soon, very soon, spring will arrive, and everything will renew again.
