Yo! Adrian. – Rocky

Greetings from the mountain top where we scored about 4 inches of snow last night.  It’s beautiful; the sun will rise soon and show the beauty created whilst we slept.  The FBS coffee is thick, rich, and chunky, and PVHT is to my left chewing on the hoof of some animal that died many moons ago.

I had my first meeting yesterday; I was asked to lead a new group called Brag Wild West.   We had twelve; three had to bail at the last minute; it’s a solid core of amazing people, we will have some fun building something special.  I’ve got my best man Bay working with me; she got busy after the meeting, the kid is good.  I should share last weekend, she kicked my ass in Gin, I taught her well.

We worked in the kitchen all day Zooming, making lunch, necking a little here and there; I love working alongside my Queen and now wife.  My Queen ran a call with her daughter with a large account our kid dug up in Denver.  So what was the deciding factor that made this prospect want to work with our firm?  The mother/daughter combination separated our firm from all others.

I began receiving the final videos I shot a couple of weeks ago to promote my new Sherpa Brand.  I’m looking to work with two insurance agencies a month and then build peer groups from my client base.  It’s a long play, something outside of my core company.  I will always work in the company I helped start; without TTG, I lose credibility.  The problem with most teachers and trainers in my industry is they have not sold a policy in years.  They don’t teach sales; they teach insurance.  If you want to learn insurance, go there; if you want to learn how to sell insurance, I’m the guy.   With proper training, anyone can be successful in my industry; you just need formal training and a desire to work hard.

I cleaned up my files for my new brand putting my content in sequential order; I’ve never been more organized; I can run this program in my sleep.  The launch of this new brand has only taken me five years, it was a start / stop for many years, but I’m ready.    I had to do a few proofs of concepts and utilized my students’ input to get my final curriculum, and I suspect that my curriculum will grow over time to match my clients’ needs.

I have three successful kids, one successful company, and I’m looking to have another successful company as I begin climbing my second mountain. Many people have asked why don’t I train others to teach my content, and the answer is because I enjoy teaching.  I love training others and watching them grow.  Could I teach others to do what I do?  Yes, but I get joy and happiness from this work; I love my new baby.

At noon yesterday, I joined about 14 people from Indiana.  Aaron Stanton has built a juggernaut in the Indy area.  A group of like-minded people that want to help each other. I met 3 or 4 new people; I have a Zoom set up with one, and a young lady that I met with last week reached out and wants to have a drink.  I set up a time for her, me, and my wife to have a drink.  Jenny is an excellent example for young women to see how it’s possible to succeed in a male-dominated industry.

I wrapped up my calls by 4:00, made a drink, my wife made short rib chili, if I’ve not shared, I live with an executive chef.    We ended our night watching mindless television and hit the bed to get our 9 hours of sleep.  It’s 6:00 a.m. now; I got up at 5:00, fed the dog, made some coffee, and now sit here by the fireplace making word soup for the masses.

I started a substack account.  It’s a platform for writers to share their work and charge a fee.  I won’t charge a fee for the immediate future; I don’t think there is value in these words, but maybe I can hit a vein that will earn me some shekels in the future.  I tend to look long-term; maybe by 2025, I’ll be in a position to begin charing for my content.  I guess I do already when selling my books, hypocrite alert.

The sun is starting to come up, it’s cloudy, I won’t see the sunrise today, it will be shielded by my friends the clouds, but soon, this will be gone, and my mornings will be filled with inspirational sunshine.  I can’t tell you how amazing it is to watch our friend the sunrise daily from a mountain top.  I’m digging my life, and I hope you are as well. If not, make a change or two you need to make to find your utopia.  Utopia exists; it must be created; you don’t start in paradise; you create it.

Well, enjoy your Friday; I’ve got my men’s group meeting this morning.  Fourteen men, one woman facilitator.  We will be one short; one of our members got the VID; he’s 35, at home, still using oxygen.  He’s’ our youngest member, I think the healthiest but still caught that bat virus.   I think blood type and DNA structure have a lot to do with how a body deals with this vicious disease, but I have no medical background; perhaps I’m just making stuff up?  The future will show us what the hell this is and how the government overstepped its bounds; they are still pushing lockdowns; I’m over it. My personal opinion is Fauci is an asshole.

I think I’ll use that as my title and see if the tech overlords censor me.  I’ve been censored before, and I suspect over time I’ll be censored again.  But you and I know the truth, one of the reasons I joined substack was their freedom of thought rules.  That’s enough; I’m done, I’m going to shower, love on my Queen, and enjoy this last day of the workweek. Cheers, I’ll see you tomorrow.
